All reservations are arranged according to a fixed operational schedule, and departure times cannot be modified once the reservation is confirmed.
If you would like to change your departure time:

Make a new reservation with your preferred time:

Please note: Rebooking does not guarantee availability, as vehicles are arranged upon request and may be limited depending on demand.
What if my flight arrives early or is delayed?
Even if your flight arrives earlier or later than expected, the shuttle departure time cannot be changed.
The shuttle will operate on the originally scheduled time, as informed at the time of booking.
Please make sure to arrive at the designated pickup location before the scheduled departure time.
Refunds for flight delays or cancellations
If you are unable to board the shuttle due to a flight delay or cancellation, you may be eligible for a refund.

About Cancellation Fees

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled departure time are subject to a cancellation fee.

No cancellation fee applies if your booking is still in a pending (temporary) status.
