Is there a cancellation fee?

Cancellation Policy
After your reservation is confirmed, cancellation fees will apply as follows:

Example (for a ride scheduled at 4:00 PM on June 9, 2024)
Up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time
Free of charge
Until 4:00 PM on June 7, 2024
Between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time
30% of the total fare
Until 4:00 PM on June 8, 2024
Within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time
100% of the total fare
After 4:00 PM on June 8, 2024
No-show (without prior notice)
100% of the total fare
In the event of a flight arrival delay (please note that departure delays are not eligible) or a flight cancellation caused by the airline, NearMe will fully refund any applicable cancellation fees.

Important Notes (Non-Refundable Cases):
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Flight departure is delayed (only arrival delays are eligible)
Bookings that do not include the "Flight Delay Refund" option (e.g., "Share Light" plan)
Boarding a different flight due to voluntary overbooking cooperation (flex traveler programs)
Cancellations due to personal reasons, such as illness or injury
Cancellations caused by weather conditions (e.g., typhoons or snow) or other transportation disruptions
