Cancellation Policy
After your reservation is confirmed, cancellation fees will apply as follows:
When Cancellation Is Made  | Cancellation Fee  | Example (for a ride scheduled at 4:00 PM on June 9, 2024)  | 
Up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time  | Free of charge  | Until 4:00 PM on June 7, 2024  | 
Between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time  | 30% of the total fare  | Until 4:00 PM on June 8, 2024  | 
Within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time  | 100% of the total fare  | After 4:00 PM on June 8, 2024  | 
No-show (without prior notice)  | 100% of the total fare  | —  | 
In the event of a flight arrival delay (please note that departure delays are not eligible) or a flight cancellation caused by the airline, NearMe will fully refund any applicable cancellation fees.
Important Notes (Non-Refundable Cases):
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Flight departure is delayed (only arrival delays are eligible)
•
Bookings that do not include the "Flight Delay Refund" option (e.g., "Share Light" plan)
•
Boarding a different flight due to voluntary overbooking cooperation (flex traveler programs)
•
Cancellations due to personal reasons, such as illness or injury
•
Cancellations caused by weather conditions (e.g., typhoons or snow) or other transportation disruptions
•
Mistaken reservations
