Flight Delays and Cancellations Policy
NearMe vehicles operate according to a fixed schedule based on the day’s planned routes.
In the event of a flight delay, if the passenger is not present at the scheduled pickup time, we regret that we are unable to wait, as this would impact the schedules of subsequent passengers.
We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
However, in cases of flight arrival delays (departure delays are not included) or flight cancellations, we offer a full refund of the cancellation fee. Please refer to the information below and proceed with the necessary steps.
Important Notes (Non-Refundable Cases):
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Flight departure is delayed (only arrival delays are eligible)
•
Bookings that do not include the "Flight Delay Refund" option (e.g., "Share Light" plan)
•
Boarding a different flight due to voluntary overbooking cooperation (flex traveler programs)
•
Cancellations due to personal reasons, such as illness or injury
•
Cancellations caused by weather conditions (e.g., typhoons or snow) or other transportation disruptions
•
Mistaken reservations
