Even in the case of flight delays, if you are not present at your scheduled boarding time, we cannot wait as it would affect subsequent operation schedules. We appreciate your understanding.
In case of flight delays (arrival delays only)/cancellations, we offer a full refund. Please refer to the instructions below. The refund will be processed within approximately 3 business days after completing the following procedures.
Please note that cooperation with flight changes due to overbooking (cooperation with the Flex Traveler system) is not eligible for refund. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
