All baggage must have a total of the three dimensions under 200cm (with no single side 150cm or over).

Any item that cannot be placed on your lap must be counted as a suitcase. (Carry-on-size suitcases are also counted as 1 item.)

If baggage that cannot be placed on your lap is not registered at the time of booking, an additional fee will be charged on the day.

In cases such as "a discrepancy between the number of items registered at the time of booking and the number of items on the day, resulting in the baggage not fitting in the vehicle," or "bringing baggage that is not allowed on the day," we may refuse boarding on the spot. Please note that a cancellation fee will apply in such cases.

*Even if there are empty seats, the pet cannot be placed in other spaces.
*Please understand that other passengers with allergies may be riding together with you, or may use the same vehicle on a later trip. |

Bringing a Stroller Onboard
Please refer to the attached image and select the "Stroller" option when making your reservation.
When bringing a stroller, please make sure it is folded and fits within the following size limits:
Total dimensions under 200 cm, with no single side exceeding 150 cm.
