An email address and phone number are required when making a reservation.
Your email address will be used to send "reservation information," "same-day dispatch information," and email notifications for "chat messages from the driver," among other things. In addition, the driver or our support team may contact you by phone on the day, so please make sure to enter accurate information.
For guest reservations:
Even for reservations made without member registration (guest reservations), an email address is required. A phone number is optional to register; however, we recommend registering a phone number that can reach the person riding, in case urgent contact is needed on the day.
