This section provides information on the flow from reservation to confirmation of reservation and boarding.
Step1. Reservation Confirmation
After making a reservation, we will reply within 24 hours whether the reservation is accepted or not.
On the day before or on the day of boarding, we will reply within a few hours.
＜Change or Cancel a Reservation＞
Once an order is confirmed, changes and cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours prior to boarding. After that, a cancellation fee will be charged.
If you wish to change the date, time or location, you will need to cancel and re-book.
Step2. Boarding time / vehicle confirmation
Around 6:00 p.m. on the day before the boarding date, we will contact you with the departure time and confirmed vehicle information.
Basically, the time will be fixed within the time range displayed at the time of reservation, However, in rare cases, the time may change slightly.
On the day of the tour, please wait outside the pick-up location by the designated time.
Please note that there will be no staff to pick you up.
If you are late for the pick-up time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled due to the possibility of other passengers joining you. You will be charged a cancellation fee (full amount), so please arrive well in advance.
＜If you can't find the vehicle＞
Please call the driver as soon as possible. If he/she does not answer the phone, please contact support.
＜If your flight is delayed＞
No cancellation fee will be charged in case of flight delays due to airline company reasons.
