Usage Flow

Specify your charter time and make a reservation
2.
Receive notification of the confirmed vehicle information by the day before
3.
Board the vehicle on the day
4.
Complete payment if there are any additional charges
Registering stopover points (waypoints) is not required, but we recommend registering them in advance for the following reasons:

Knowing your itinerary in advance helps ensure smooth operations on the day
•
It improves the accuracy of your reservation fee and reduces additional charges
1. Specify your charter time and make a reservation
Enter the required information on the reservation page to complete your booking.
You can also enter or change your stopover points later.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that an extension of the charter time on the day will be possible, as this depends on the driver's work schedule.
2. Receive notification of the confirmed vehicle information by the day before
Once the vehicle information is confirmed, we will notify you by email or app notification.
Please check the reservation confirmation page for the latest information.
3. Board the vehicle on the day
Please wait for the vehicle to arrive at the designated meeting point.
If you are running late for your reserved time, please contact the driver via chat or phone.
(A cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation amount will apply.)
4. Complete payment if there are any additional charges
Additional charges will be sent to you by email. Please complete payment within 1 day.
