Even if you will not be riding yourself, you can make a reservation on behalf of a family member, guest, or someone else. However, member registration and login are required.
Reservations made without member registration (guest reservations) cannot be made on behalf of someone else.
▼ How to Notify the Rider of the Reservation Details
When you make a reservation on behalf of someone else, the reservation details are not automatically sent to the rider. Please follow the steps below to register their information.

On the final confirmation screen of your reservation, click "Here" within the red box shown below.

Enter the rider's email address and select the checkbox.
Once registered, an email with the reservation details will be sent directly to the rider. Details such as the departure time and vehicle, which are confirmed around 18:00 the day before, can also be checked via the link included in that email.

※If you need to change the information after registering, please make a note of your 6-digit reservation number and contact an operator via chat.
※Please obtain the rider's consent in advance before registering their information.

To prevent duplicate bookings, please make the proxy reservation first:

※If you already have your own reservation for the same time slot, we will be unable to accept a proxy reservation, in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
About Pick-up and Drop-off Locations
For airport transfers, both shared rides and private charters allow only one pick-up location and one drop-off location per reservation. Multiple pick-up/drop-off points or specifying a stopover are not possible.
If you need to be picked up or dropped off at different locations, please make a proxy reservation or use a separate account to book separately. Since these will be treated as separate reservations, you may be assigned different vehicles (riding together is not guaranteed).
If you would like multiple pick-up/drop-off points or to specify a stopover, please use our "Private Charter" service, which allows hourly charters and multiple stopover points.
