Yes, you can make a reservation on behalf of someone else.
Please note that reservations made without member registration (guest reservations) cannot be made on behalf of someone else. If you need to make a reservation on behalf of another person, please register as a member and log in before making your reservation.
Notes on making a reservation on behalf of someone else:

On the final confirmation screen when making your reservation, you will find the link below. Please enter the information of the person who will be riding. (Please refer to "Registering the Rider's Information" below.)

If you wish to make multiple reservations for the same time slot — one for "your own reservation" and another for "a reservation on behalf of someone else (proxy reservation)" — please make your reservations in the following order:
1. Reservation on behalf of someone else (proxy reservation)
2. Your own reservation
* If you already have your own reservation for the same time slot, we will be unable to accept a proxy reservation, in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
For both shared rides and private airport ride, each reservation may only have one pick-up location and one drop-off location. Multiple pick-up/drop-off points or specifying a stopover are not possible. If you need different pick-up and drop-off locations, please make a proxy reservation or use a separate account to book. In either case, since these will be treated as separate reservations, you may be assigned different vehicles. Please note that riding together is not guaranteed.
If you would like multiple pick-up/drop-off points or to specify a stopover, please use our "Private Charter" service.
Registering the Rider's Information

To register the information of the person who will be riding, please click "Here" within the red box shown below.

Once you enter the rider's email address and select the checkbox, the detailed information will also be sent to the rider via email.
* Please note that the email cannot be resent.
* If you wish to change the rider's information, please contact our operator via chat. When doing so, please also provide your 6-digit reservation number.
