As a general rule, we will contact you within 24 hours of your application to let you know whether or not a seat is available.
"Wait until seats are available” is a function that allows you to keep a tentative reservation even if we are unable to allocate a car within 24 hours, and confirm your reservation once a car is allocated.
※It is not possible to “change the date” or “cancel the setting” of the waiting list after the application has been made. If you wish to cancel or shorten the waiting list period, you will need to cancel your reservation and make a new reservation. Please note that the fare is calculated based on the conditions at the time of application, and may differ from the fare currently reserved.
※There is no cancellation fee before the reservation is confirmed.
How to make reservations

Turn on “Wait until seats are available” and make a tentative reservation.
This will be displayed on the final confirmation screen for both the PC and the application.
You can set the “Days before departure” within the time period indicated.

In principle, we will contact you within 24 hours to let you know whether or not your reservation is available. If your reservation is not confirmed, we will contact you again by the deadline.

If a car is not confirmed when we contact you within 24 hours to confirm the availability of a car, there will be a deadline for response in the email.
